Growing up, Alex became intrigued by Real Estate as he watched his mother, Ann Pierson, rise to become one of the top 1% of agents in the nation. Emulating her hard work and personable approach, Alex quickly found his values and skill set were also congruous for the career.
Alex works for both buyers and sellers, using Compass Real Estate’s advanced technology and metrics to support clients of all ages and price points. With a background as an Account Executive at Salesforce and Business Development Manager at the social media marketing and management platform, Tagboard, Alex brings insights and narratives from the millennial-driven tech industry into Real Estate. Motivated, driven, and fearless to challenge the status quo, Alex is active and engaged in addressing all needs of his clients, both within the larger society and individually.

A native of the Seattle area, Alex is a graduate of the University of Washington. He lives on the Eastside with his Great Dane, Hamilton.
